Outreach conducted four rounds of layoffs between February 2023 and November 2024, totaling approximately 285 employees: 70 (7%) in February 2023, 50 (5%) in August 2023, 100 (12%) in September 2023, and 65 (9%) in November 2024. CEO Manny Medina blamed "lower demand due to layoffs across the tech sector" since the software operates on a per-user basis. Medina stepped down as CEO in September 2024.
