RingCentral's "Stronger Together" initiative mandates hybrid work for U.S.-based employees who had worked remotely for over 2 years. President and COO Mo Katibeh explained: "there are days each week where you'll be working from home...And there will be other days where you work in the office." The company positions certain work as "most effectively done in-person." Workers within 75 miles of offices are subject to in-person requirements, with 75% of staff now hybrid while only 20% remain fully remote.
