Snowflake achieved Department of Defense Impact Level 5 (IL5) Provisional Authorization from DISA in April 2025, the highest level for Controlled Unclassified Information. Services are now available to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Combatant Commands. Snowflake also holds IL4 authorization and IRS 1075 certification. The company launched Snowflake Public Sector Inc. and acquired Night Shift Development to expand federal work.
