Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev personally spoke with President Trump and committed to making "Trump Accounts as robust and intuitive as possible." The Treasury selected Robinhood to help power Trump Accounts—tax-deferred custodial investment accounts for children born 2025-2028 with a $1,000 seed from the government. Tenev said the program could become "the biggest element of long-term saving and investing in this country within possibly even a decade."
