The firm operates an internal employee engagement group called "ICONIQ Women" that supports women in leadership roles and runs an annual Fellowship Program. ICONIQ Impact has mobilized over half a billion dollars in philanthropy, with specific focus on supporting women-led nonprofits and partnering with organizations like the Jeremiah Program to advance economic mobility for single mothers.

ICONIQ Impact launched the Ocean Co-Lab on December 12, 2023, a $50 million collaborative philanthropy fund supporting 20 ocean-based climate projects. The initiative addresses climate mitigation through decarbonized shipping and offshore wind, carbon sequestration through ocean alkalinity enhancement, blue carbon preservation through mangrove and salt marsh protection, and coastal community resilience. Grantees include Pacific Environment, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, and The Marine Tenure Facility.

ICONIQ Impact partnered with Lever for Change to administer the $22 million Stronger Democracy Award, aimed at improving political representation and increasing participation in the United States' democratic process. An anonymous donor from the ICONIQ Impact community contributed $10 million of the total. Winners included City Bureau's Documenters Network (which trains people to document government meetings) and Accelerate Change's Civic Revolution initiative. Finalists were announced February 3, 2022; winners announced July 7, 2022.
