In October 2024, Thrive led OpenAI's $6.6 billion round at $157 billion valuation with $1.3 billion. In December 2025, Thrive invested $1 billion more at $285 billion valuation. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman called Kushner "a more committed, more thoughtful, or harder-working investor" than anyone.
